So from their end, there'd have to be a pretty big business case as well to warrant the investment from their end.

one lcds are all three at once so only dlp like there are different kinds of light engines for projectors and i i think very few um of the movie theater of digital projectors are dlp or if they are dlp they are not color wheel um alternating red green and blue but in some people's homes and like the the color saturation of the dlps is great but again you have to keep your eyes totally steady or else i see that rainbobbing and it fucking annoys me

That was the thing they were trying to do for a little while there when everyone thought 3D was going to be the next big thing.
