2PM

In July, I finally got around to watching Soulmate, which is actually, um, a Japanese drama.

However, it, uh, also stars Ok Taecyeon, who is one of my 2PM faves.

And this one is a, a very short drama.

Let's see.

...

when rumors were going around about- Girls Generation, Yoona, and Taecyeon from 2PM.

Oh, yeah.

Do you remember that? Like [laughs]

So taking it back to this tour, Jay Park returning to the States like a much anticipated return.

Shin Hani at the Jungang Daily describes this moment as Jay Park has come a long way since debuting as a member of K-pop boy band 2PM in 2008, reinventing himself as a versatile soloist, producer and chief of his own labels, formerly AOMG and Hire Music and now More Vision.

But Jay Park wasn't the only one on stage.

He brought his little nephews, his boys,

Would you include him in that? only because for lack of, because, you know, epic high would be included in K-pop.

Like, you know what I mean? Like, you know, so only in that sense.

Um, but I, I consider it more K-hop, right? Like, But I understand why maybe the Korean hip-hop scene might not include him because he's a kyopo and he's a Korean-American and, you know, came from 2PM, right? Like a boy band.

So he might not seem like authentic.

The very second to third generation K-pop vibes so far today.

Let's listen to 2PM, Go Crazy, 미친 거 아니야, followed by Girls' Generation, 소녀시대, G.

All right, let us continue with our song request this year.

And remember, our winner will be announced right before we close the show.
