you might ask the uh the writers of the stage play barrymore starring christopher plumber which the title of that play is just barrymore and um you know i it i set him apart from the other Barrymores because I think it would be hard to come away from this book without the realization that he was, and I realize this is a huge thing to claim, that he was the single most important and influential actor of the 20th century in the English speaking world.

And that's true on so many levels that I delve rather deeply into.

Of fiction, of course, there is abundance.

But I come to realize there's something I call deep talk.

which is a much more primordial ordering of events, of the growth of souls, in fact, of the evolution of all consciousness, kind of along the lines of Teilhard de Chardin, who wrote that beautiful book, The Phenomenon of Man in the Mid-20th Century.

I think he was really on to something, that evolution is very much happening, but in a far bigger sense than that punitive case of Darwinian evolution, Witnessed in the material biological world, there is an evolution of all of consciousness, which is a far bigger thing, and that's occurring in what I call deep time, which is a completely different ordering of time and causality and causal nature of events.

that occurs from that higher perspective of the spiritual realm.
