Mia's got her Women's Happy Hour on Friday during the day.

I'm going to be on a panel with World Cruising Club on the Saturday, I think.

I'm also giving a talk on heavy weather sailing inside the boat show also on Saturday.

Lots of stuff going on.

Yesterday I met with Paul and Susanna Teclo from World Cruising Club that run the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers.

He was saying that the American team that even took thermometers to work out the currents across the Atlantic, is that a genuine thing? Or are the Yanks pulling their leg? So my suggestion...

And I know when I talk to the guys at World Cruising Club, they always say get 99% of stuff done before you get to the Canaries.

Give yourself loads of time to relax, enjoy it, so that when you do leave for the transatlantic, you're just excited to go and the stress is all gone and you're basically itching to get to sea rather than panicking about get to sea.

Yeah we were itching to get going so we set off in 2019 and we did the stop in Cape Verde.
