I'm just going to once again make the text bigger because my eyes are absolutely terrible.

He co-founded a workforce engagement platform, WorkHound.com. back in 2015 with co-founder Max Farrell.

He grew the company as the CTO through to 2023 before stepping away from the day-to-day operations.

And he remained on the board of directors from that time until WorkHound's acquisition by WorkStep.

And from 2023 throughout 2024 to five, he served as entrepreneur in residence at the Iowa State University, started factory supporting early stage entrepreneurs.

And he has nearly two decades of software development, product management, fundraising, and company building experience in varied industries.

So I'm a software engineer by training.

Long story short, worked in four or five startups before founding a company in 2015, co-founding that company with my business partner, Max Farrell.
