So, uh, in recent years, it's been almost impossible to demolish a commercial building, especially in Europe, uh, and in parts of the UK, and the main reason for this is because doing so releases the embodied carbon, which is the carbon that's stored within the building, and so it results in a lot of, uh, you know, greenhouse gas emissions, which the property sector is responsible for a large amount of greenhouse gas emissions in, you know, in the world, and they are trying to reduce that and working very hard to reduce that.
