In the same year came an even grander gamble, a mega semiconductor fabrication facility in Dholera in Gujarat, in partnership with Taiwan's Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation, with a price tag of roughly ninety-one thousand crore rupees or about over ten billion dollars.

Now, complementing these mega projects, Tata Electronics and subsidiaries have executed a string of aggressive alliances, partnerships, and joint ventures, acquiring, for instance, the Indian manufacturing arms of Wistron and Pegatron to anchor their iPhone assemblies and other consumer electronic supply chains and manufacturing.

And that brings us to the point, so to speak.

These high-tech bets sit at the very center of what is shaping up to be a bitter battle for control at the top of one of India's oldest conglomerates.

Foxconn remains the largest, with January through August revenues of roughly $206 billion.

Quanta reported about $84 billion over the same period, up 103% year over year, while Wistron reached about $79 billion, up 99%.

August in and of itself was a remarkable month.

Quanta generated about $13.4 billion, up 178%, while Wistron reached roughly $14.6 billion, up 166%.

These companies have evolved considerably beyond the old image of low-margin PC assemblers.

They increasingly integrate accelerators, CPUs, memory, networking, storage, power, and liquid cooling into complex rack-scale systems.

And so naturally, as these data centers get bigger, the number of connections will be so much higher and there'll be so much value in the networking that it creates really interesting opportunities to innovate at the rack level And we're doing a lot of work on that right now.

We just announced 19 partners, Dell, Quanta, WeWin, Wistron, Celestica, Foxconn, name your company.

They're all working with us on defining what these racks look like for optics.

And what does the row of racks look like? And eventually, what does the data center look like? There is a lot that's going to happen in terms of defining what data centers of the future will look like.

So that is why we need to be ready to support our partners and our customers in the region.

Also with the TM robot, we want to have a big demonstration and service center for them because companies like Wistron Foxconn and others are using a lot of robots exactly that's why we need to have the stocks and service center for them yeah
