And number three, John, scammers are taking a new approach to impersonating banks using video calls to steal your private information.

Wisconsin Consumer Protection officials say scammers could switch to a regular phone call to video, then ask victims to share their screen and point at their phone camera at their computer.

They can expose passwords, security questions, and bank account information.

Officials say never share your screen or login details.

And I think that they were also performing their own research at the facility.

In October of 2025, the Dane County Board adopted a resolution calling on the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture to revoke Rigland's license after they were receiving hundreds of violations.

I will say that I say Wisconsin Department of Agriculture because it's easy, but their department is actually a different department.

So it's called the DATCP, and it's a very long list of So we're going to shorthand it and either call it the DATCP or Wisconsin Department of Agriculture.

But the county that Ridgeland is in adopted this resolution and was like, Department of Ag, you need to revoke their license, look at what's going on.

And so by December of 2025, there was a settlement between the state and Ridgeland to stop supplying animals to laboratories by July 1st, 2026.
