Do you know what? So I've always been an estate agent since I left uni, straight into the Foxtons, then Winkworth.

Um, and then I was a mommy.

I still am a mommy, and I have been a mom now for seven years, but my little one started school.

So it can't work like that when you're a, when you're a parent.

When you said you, you were at Foxtons first and then you went to Winkworth.

What, before you had your girls, what, what were you doing? Were you in the sales room, lettings? What level did you get to?

He's had a few bad experiences, and he's thinking about completely recalibrating his strategy.

And what has most recently caused him concern are the ongoing issues at M Winkworth.

Now, I only have a vague understanding of their business.

They are a London-centric estate agency with a franchise model covering residential lettings and property management.
