Because they've run it every year, they're a little club, and it, it gets smaller and smaller as people get older and, and, and they miss a year.

My name is Brandon Newton.

I'm a tax partner with Whitley Penn, based here in Dallas.

Our firm is a Texas-based firm, and we service clients in Texas and throughout the U.S. A little bit about my background.

I started with Whitley Penn three years ago.

Prior to that, I spent the majority of my career with Crow, a firm that's kind of more of a national firm.

And starting there a couple years into my career, navigated into the state tax space, kind of became a specialty in that regard.

And it was probably 10 or 12 years ago that I started doing tax diligence as part of my work.

And so I've kind of continued that in my role at Whitley Penn as well.
