And their rush defense allowed only one yard to Western Carolina because in college football, those sacks count against your rush

yards.

And I end up moving into a cabin on top of a mountain in North Carolina and start teaching professor at Western Carolina University, and something hit called COVID.

And I had all this material living alone on top of a mountain, truly isolated.

And to be quite honest, there's just so many hikes a man can take or bourbon a man can drink-

[laughs] I don't know how, how anyone could do it as long as you did do it.

But tell us a little bit about what you do now.

I am a full-time professor at Western Carolina University, which is nestled in the Catamount Valley in the Smoky Mountains, a tremendously gorgeous location.

I teach undergrads, but I teach criminal law, criminal procedure, and ethics.

Western Illinois, Wisconsin, East Tennessee, North Carolina, Campbell in Florida, Charlotte and Ole Miss, Wagner, James Madison, Norfolk State, Virginia, Rico, Rice, Notre Dame, Towson, South Carolina, Grambling, TCU.

UT Martin, West Virginia, Mercy Hunt, New Mexico, Western Kentucky, Georgia, Prairie View, A&M, Baylor, Villanova, Louisville, Western Carolina, Cincinnati, Louisiana Tech, LSU, Florida, A&M, Miami, Howard in Indiana, Southern in Houston.

That's the overs.

And then it likes Charlotte plus 45 and a half.

And then NC State starts pressing.

And that's kind of what you saw a couple years back when we played Western Carolina.

They scored first, and NC State looked a little shocked.

They're like, oh, my God.

They need to execute at a high level and have no chance of the yips.

Much like we played Western Carolina, we were trailing in the fourth quarter at home two years ago.

I don't want to see none of that.

None of us want to see none of that because that will cause an even bigger uproar in the media.

I loved where I went to school.

I originally went to Western Carolina University first, transferred over there, and I grew up in the Rio Grande Valley.

So that's the tip of Texas at the very bottom.

So I don't think State got that from every single player every single time, and my hope is that that was what the last two weeks created for these guys.

Going back to what Trey was mentioning, I think my nightmare scenario... would be like a Western Carolina from a couple years ago where it was a game in the fourth quarter.

And that was the opener, right, against an FCS team.

You kind of had the inverse happen where you didn't show up well against Western and then you got curb stomped by Tennessee.
