So many wineries reach you out.

But sometimes you think, "Okay, this is spot on." And, uh, and many times we meet them via, uh, very simple to say, but Vinitaly, uh, exhibition.

Every year we go to Vinitaly.

It's the most, uh, hardworking exhibition in Italy, I think.

And in four days we meet a lot, a lot of wineries, and there we make the selection.

There's, like, a opening to also add this experience on the table, and that makes me, uh, make a little bridge to, like, the storytelling.

I think at this point there are so much stories to tell.

Is this also something you are, like, when you're visiting or Vinitaly or when you go around, uh, doing the selection, is something you are more aware of right now, let's say, than, than a couple of years ago?

Okay, so I, I gotta tell you a little story.

I gotta explain first what the Vinitaly Wine Fair is.

Every spring in Verona, there's this incredible wine fair called Vinitaly.

It's one of the biggest wine fairs in the world, and they have 20 pavilions for the 20 wine regions of Italy.

So giant buildings.

Like, it's so diverse.

It's so incredible.

And if you go to Vinitaly, it's almost impossible to taste everything in just a few days.
