I've only been in Australia three years.

I came here for Ventia.

My entire understanding of how we do things in Australia is very much through a Ventia lens.

What I think they saw very early on and part of the reason I think I'm here is a couple of things.

One, I think, is that sustainability challenges are too great for any one organisation to try and solve fully.

Don't just follow somebody else's thing.

You have to do what's right for your own organisation.

I think there's also a piece around culture and that you have to, in Ventia, we've extended our approach or expanded our approach beyond the traditional approaches to DEI, to fairness, inclusion and respect.

So I would say on valuation and on sector, it's a buy, but the but, the asterisk comes along and says, for those who wanna invest like a woman and trade like a man, you buy a little bit of the, the larger ones in the sector.

So you go for, let's say, for a Ventia Services or for a Service Stream.

Mm.

Uh, maybe even, um, um, a D- Downer EDI.
