Vancouver Writers Fest

We're in a different time now.

I was invited to one book festival period in Canada with October 7th, the Vancouver Writers Festival.

I mean, Jewish book festivals had me as well.

But for the ones that are mixed, one invited me.

I'm like anathema, like we don't want this.

Even with Vancouver, there were people were very upset.

Some people were upset that the Vancouver Writers Festival programmed me.

And again, these are people who I know aren't reading what I'm writing, because if they did, I think they would see something very different than what they believe they are going to see.

Uh, my pal Rad Salman Pillai, and then after that my pal Emil Niazi, will be filling in on the show, and then I'll be back the week after next.

But if you're around in Vancouver next week, I, you should, you should drop me a line.

I'm there for the Vancouver Writers Festival.

It's one of my favorite times of the year.

Please come and hang out.

The author of Heated Rivalry and the Game Changers series, Rachel Reed, was here, and Erin Davis was there.

Yeah, she was here as part of the Vancouver Writers Fest.

She spoke.

Uh, the tickets went on sale.

That's hard to do.

I had a wonderful time at Insight, which is the weekly reading series put on by the Vancouver Public Library and the Vancouver Writers Festival.

So much fun.

I've done a number of other events locally.
