University of Arkansas at Little Rock

Most people would not imagine that.

There also is, I think, a geshe that teaches at the University of Little Rock.

And there's also a Vietnamese temple that just recently placed a large Quan Yin statue that they made over the last year in Little Rock, maybe Fayetteville.

And so, like, it's interesting.

Both of our parents are artists.

My mom is a self-taught visual artist, and our dad was a music professor at UALR.

And some of my earliest artistic memories are going into the university while my dad would be in between classes and we would just get to hang out and go bang on the drums.

It's been a difficult September for them.

Losses to KU, Memphis, Arkansas, Little Rock, but there was good confidence boost with a 2-0 win over Missouri State on September 10th.

Did you happen to catch the game?

I did not.

Well, uh, you know, my mother took me to, uh, an audition for a little, little community theater production in north Louisiana, near Shreveport.

That's what got me going, I just was bitten by the bug and went through undergrad at, at University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and then on down to grad school in New Orleans.

And, and I, I've taught a lot in high school here, uh, and love coaching musicals.

That's my favorite thing.

Then the Diamante Intercollegiate, the 18th through the 20th in Heart Springs, Arkansas.

And that is by Little Rock, University of Little Rock.

And then the Judson Invitational hosted by University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg on the 26th to the 27th.

When people think of Mississippi, they think of kind of like the northern part of the state, you know, very heavily wooded, really not too much going on, a lot of small towns, so on and so forth.

So I started pretty recently, uh, June 22nd.

Um, I previously worked at, uh, UA Little Rock for their archive that's downtown, and, uh, before that, I was a teacher up in Farmington, up in Northwest Arkansas.

Uh, that's where I was raised.

And, uh, so ki- history has kind of always been part of what I've been interested in, just kind of various parts of it, preserving, teaching, those various things.

And so I, uh, from what I hear, but the press today, one cannot get... stand by the media today.

I have a master's degree in journalism from the valued school of United, United, uh, well, United, the, the, uh, University of Arkansas at Little Rock, UALR, and I came back from Iraq and finished my last three comprehensive nine, nine credits and graduated age 51 after leaving combat, and 75% of that being paid for by tuition assistance because I was in the Zone of Combat Operation So I don't know the man that much.

I'm not a New Yorker, but from the things I hear from the press, I don't like as a conservative.

But again, I value what we stand for in, in, as a country of democracy.
