He is a doctor in anaesthetics and intensive care and he has just given a wonderful talk about marathon physiology at the Anesthesia 2026 conference hosted at Brighton by the Royal College.

He works at the University Hospital Sussex.

He's done an MD investigating the use of physical activity to optimize patients' health prior to major cancer surgery.

In addition to this, he's led several studies with the Brighton Marathon Research Group looking at collapse during the marathon and has an interest in exertional heat illness.

And on average, the claim is now settled almost two weeks sooner.

University Hospital Sussex runs seven hospitals, and patients calling them used to wait on hold for around half an hour, so four in ten actually gave up.

Now, one service on Liberty covers all seven.

Self-service and an AI assistant online in the patient's own language have cut the wait to under three minutes.

And finally, customers add more of our products and roll Liberty out across the organization.

We estimate it's worth more than the other two together.

That's what our five largest hospital customers have done, including University Hospital Sussex.

Their combined spend with us has more than tripled in three years.

Emma and Claire are going to be chatting with us about Prepared, a campaign currently running in Brighton and Hove, which intends to provide information and guidance on Prep to those who may have been previously left out of mainstream messaging and services.

The campaign intends to provide Prep guidance in women's period products and in training women's organizations in Brighton and Hove.
