Okay, so what that's telling us, I think, is that amongst the large carriers, the tier one, the tier twos, they are very much conscious that there's a change coming down the tracks, and activity of moving from one PSS to another just is not on their to-do list right now.

Right.

As you know, in the early 1990s, I worked at Unisys for four years.

And Unisys was teetering at that time on going into Chapter 11.

And really, its solution...

Bankruptcy.

I think that's a great way of looking at it and empowering the team and I see it today, people want to put service delivery managers in, but they don't have any financial visibility or control.

And I remember when I left Unisys, I was service manager at Unisys, and one of my bosses there caught up with him about six months later, and he said, how come you're so different, Nick? I said, well, when I worked for you, I was given an expense budget.

and told what it was.

I didn't have any ability to change it or to change my income.

Gray didn't come up through wildlife biology.

He came up through Xerox and Unisys, corporate sales, quotas, boardrooms, and at some point, he decided that wasn't the life he wanted, and he walked into this industry and never left.

Safari Club International, 1990, executive director of Dallas Safari Club for 11 years after that, and since 2008, running the Wild Sheep Foundation, a membership that's an organization near and dear to my heart as a Chattel Graham Society and also as a life member.

Since 1983, the Wild Sheep Foundation has raised and directed more than $110 million to conservation, specifically towards wild sheep and other wildlife, 70 million of it in just the last 10 years.

You've been a huge blessing and mentor and you'll think back over the 15, 20 years I've known you, there's times I've called you when I need a friend, not the President of the Wild Sheep Foundation, I needed a friend and you've always taken that call and you're a great American, you're a great believer, you love our country and I wanna dig in on a little bit of you.

Because this is the stuff that you probably don't get asked and nobody knows, but should know because you're a freaking rock star.

You had a very real corporate career between Xerox, Unisys, good money, a clear corporate ladder in front of you.

What actually happened where you decided to walk away from all that and go into conservation?
