I think it is the right time.

I think there's, you know, looking at where Sanlam wants to go with their, you know, their strategic alignment with, uh, GoTime Bank, the move into Africa, um, you know, and I think the rationalization.

You know, it's interesting to see these bigger insurance groups and banks go through the decentralization and centralization strategies through these cycles.

I think it does make sense.

I think it's huge, and I think even more so for the legacy banks than insurance companies.

I think, you know, with all the, the new entrants coming into the banking and insurance space that don't have the old legacy systems and infrastructure that has to be almost unwound.

Um, so yeah, it can't be an easy place to be, and I think that's where the likes of a Sanlam has to strike that balance between the old almost juggernauts, if you like, and, you know, getting into some new, new channels, new products, banking with the GoTime bank and the likes and trying, you know, trying to balance that out.

And it-- there has to be scale because there are still big cost infrastructures, big data costs.

So the world is changing, so I actually think our business is really well-geared for what I now call the customer of tomorrow, right? Is that we actually think a bigger challenge for us to solve is customer of today, and how we actually change these so-called behavioral norms today.

At GoTyme Bank, as you know, we a digital bank, so we don't have any ATMs that are branded GoTyme Bank, but your GoTyme Bank card works in every single ATM.

All right? So why don't just choose the one with the shortest queue? But yet what we see in banking South Africa today, call it business of the day, snake-long queues at ATMs because the behavioral norm is I must use the ATM of the bank card I'm using now.
