I felt that TripAdvisor and Expedia and Booking.com and all the content that was fragmented, there needs to be a way to bring it all together but as you can imagine 10 years ago software was very expensive and there was no real apis to bring everything together and so we attempted it we felt that it was too expensive to even get started and we sort of parked it on the shelf um and so when 2023 came around and we sort of started exploring with chat gpt we're like, hmm, okay, maybe we can actually achieve the outcome that we want with the technology that's arrived today.
