Um, is Harvey Barnes gonna be the new Timo Werner for chances in those fixtures? I mean, Hull at home feels like it could be tricky, 'cause Hull don't like playing with the ball either, and Newcastle dominate the ball.

But Coventry away feels like quite a good fixture for, for, for Newcastle on the counter, 'cause Coventry will come and have a go as they always do.

I think Harvey Barnes should do okay in Coventry, 'cause he'll get the space.

We've sort of gone on a lot of punts.

Matthijs Tel, Wilson Odobert, Timo Werner, this, that, and the other.

And a lot of us fans already sit down when we're making these signings going, "Yeah, but I don't think he's good enough." Like, you know, a- a- and stuff like that.

People are already questioning them before they come in the door, and it's just, that's our problem.

A- and it turns out that they were missing their best player.

No, their best player was not Timo Werner, but it's actually Nikolic.

Since he's come back, um, they've looked like a different team.

They had a seven-point week.

They're back, I think, into the top four in the Western Conference, and like two weeks ago, we were throwing dirt on this team and saying it looks like they're never gonna get, um, you know, get out of this slump.

And they did it this week without Timo Werner.

Yeah.

But the Bundesliga do- it annoys me.

Like, the players that come from the Bundesliga, and I know we've had great success with some, but you, like, there's always that back of your mind, like Timo Werner exists.

Um, but I think he is getting away from that, and hopefully it continues.

Um, but, um, yeah.

When you have a guy who does change a game individually like that, it's hard not to notice.

And I've talked about this last week with Chris Dangerfield about how it's surprising that the Earthquakes, when Nico Chakiris has not been out there, his absence has been felt more than Timo Werner's.

And that's not to take anything against Timo because he's been great when he's healthy.

But for Nico, it just feels like because of his position, because of where he's situated, because of his ability to pass, because of his ability to set guys up, because of his ability to possess, he has everything you need that goes a long way in getting a big-time win for your squad.

And that's what you need to do.

Yes, there were performances where you had Daniel bail them out.

You had Timo Werner with some great games.

You never look down when a guy has a great performance or bails you out or whatever it is.

Yeah.

He's the best player on that team, even when Timo Werner is healthy.
