As somebody that went to college in Canada, I'm actually glad that we have Tim Hortons now in Singapore, right? And being able to get a double-double and Jimbits is great.

But, you know, we take your point that Canada, and I think both sides of Pacific, as you said, need to have more information.

And it's really interesting because a few years ago, our friends here at the High Commission gave us a preview of Canada's Indo-Pacific strategy under the then Trudeau administration.

What's one place tourists always go to that locals should be going somewhere else instead?

Like Americans, they want to try it maybe.

Like, I would like to see 25 years from now that that exists around the country for Indigenous languages, saying street signs that our language has presence, not just in a classroom, but outside on the streets.

Maybe I go to the reserve and I go to Tim Hortons and I order my coffee in Ojibwe or Cree, right?

Right.

The other place that I was so struck by is I went to Iceland a few years, quite a few, well, a few years ago.

And then we had a whole conversation about what we need after the race.

It can do in a pinch, but we can do better.

And of course, what Toronto is most famous for, other than Tim Hortons, is, of course, audiences.

People take weeks off of work, just normal everyday people, to go to these films.
