I'll say, so I recently joined the L Suite earlier this year, and so at a new company, new organization, and one of the first things I was thinking about is, okay, well, what does the legal intake process look like? We're a very Slack heavy culture, as so many tech companies are, and I was just noticing I was getting incomings through all different Slack channels, through people tagging me in Google Docs, through emails, and I just needed a system for it.

And so, of course, this is an area where so many of us are using AI to kind of help with our chief of staffs, to, to help us organize our to-do lists.

And I started building, and I thought I would be really cute with the way that I was building it, and I was like, oh, okay, if people are tagging me or a legal question comes up in Slack, we're gonna drop this, like, custom emoji, these, like, scales of justice, and then that emoji is going to funnel to my dedicated Slack channel, which is where we're going to have our set AI responses, depending on the type of question that is coming through, and then AI can first level respond, and then come to me.

And that's, you know, if we are a B2C company and we are using tools, where should they be deployed, right? Like, what is it we care about Customer privacy and data issues, and we care about relationships and where should they be used or not, it's going to be very different depending on what your organization's goals are.

If you're a company that is just very much, "We need to move really fast and get the next product out because we are operating in a very saturated market", it's going to look different.
