It's a huge building.

Hamilton County announced late last year that that giant historic facility that basically takes up the entire block of East Central Parkway between Sycamore and Main had been sold to Stough Development in partnership with Chavez Properties for $12 million.

It was the home of Hamilton County Job and Family Services for more than 30 years, but that sale was to convert it into specifically workforce and market-rate housing that should look a little bit something like this when it's all said and done.
