Well, how does a CMO... guide the path for the organization? What does that look like for

you? How does a CMO guide the path for the organization? I think honestly for me, and this might be a little more simpler than I think maybe what you're looking for, but for me, it's recognizing the passion in others.

It's being able to look at your team and see like, what are they passionate about? What are their skills? What are their talents? And how do I take those things? I don't want to use the word exploit, right? Like I think there's some negative connotation to that, right? But it's how do I empower them to use those and to go out into the community and use those to the benefit of Pennant, to the benefit of our, I call it my family, to the benefit of my family.

Why is that their passions critical to our strategy?
