The Garden Conservancy

We got a couple of things to clear up because our last episode was on garden travel.

And I mentioned something called the Garden Conservancy.

And that is a really cool nonprofit organization that has saved lots of historic gardens.

But they do have these open days that I'm like, you know, you don't have to go to Europe to travel to see wonderful gardens.

There might be some in your neighborhood.

And so open days is this thing that started in the 90s after the Garden Conservancy was founded.

And oftentimes the cost of a ticket to a non-member is $10.

And so that's to see a garden that somebody has really worked hard on on the day that they want it to look its very best.

And also, there's a, um, Garden Conservancy tour, and you've heard me talk about Garden Conservancy before.

Mm-hmm.

There's a Garden Conservancy tour coming up on September 12th.
