Texas Station, LLC

And I'm very, very excited about the North Las Vegas of the future.

And so speaking of the future, one of the things that I was curious about and didn't really know where it stood is a Texas station.

So that land over there at one point, I think North Las Vegas was going to purchase it.

And I don't know if that ever happened or what the plans are for that.

And we're doing a groundbreaking on the the northern portion.

So if I could just take a moment to tell you the history on that.

So in the pandemic, coming out of the pandemic, the Texas and Fiesta were shut down basically by the casino operator.

And then they decided that they wanted to divest to sell those properties.
