In fact, some of you might even remember seeing him on the TV network TechTV, which doesn't exist anymore, I believe.

He, he would test products or he would do these, yeah, these technology reviews.

And then after leaving the network, James would go on to get hired as the senior editor for CNET, which is an even more recognizable media company that reviews technology and covers tech news.

They haven't said, "We've done this, that, and the other against ABC." And for some reason, ABC has done a preemptive strike by doing this lawsuit.
