I'm your team captain, Richard Greer, and on today's podcast we're gonna catch up with James Kay.

So, uh, James has just completed the 70.3 Worlds in Nice, which involved a 1.9k sea swim, a 90K bike ride, which also included a climb up the Col de Vence, which is about 9.7Ks long, average 6.6%.

So James was there on that day doing his thing, seeing if he could, uh, mix it up with the world's best in his age group.

James has been, has been pretty awesome actually, 'cause James has, uh, uh, shared sort of his journey, his adventure.

He's, uh, had a bit of a Team CP NZ sticker in the background in most of his photos, which is pretty fun.

Uh, I caught up with James as a bit of a summary of all the things he's been up to back in May, May 29th, episode 228.

So that kind of, uh, is where he's come from, which is pretty awesome.

So in this episode, I'm super stoked to introduce you to Amanda Robinson.

So Amanda, Amanda is one of our awesome Team CPNZ coaching crew.

She has completed the Coast to Coast, uh, a number of times, including training for the longest day.

Uh, she has two little boys aged three and five, and on top of her coaching and her own training, she also works full time, and she is here to keep the banter rolling and also me in check.

... um, it's interesting actually.

From a, from a Team CPNZ perspective, I've just booked in our 20th year party that's gonna happen next year on the 18th of Jil- June at the Riccarton Racecourse new event center, so that's pretty exciting.

So I guess I've been doing this whole coaching bit for a while.
