Finally, Delta One business class is rolling out an overhauled wine program as of October first, two thousand and twenty-six.

The headliner, Taittinger Champagne is now coming to domestic Delta One flights.

Delta has historically been disappointing on domestic premium cabin wines, so this is genuinely welcome.

There's also a full overhaul of international wines with a focus on Napa Valley, France, Spain, and New Zealand.

And I think, like, to me, that's kind of one of those things that we've, we've shifted into this thing now.

So now I just instead of, like, a, a light beer that I'm cracking at the end, we're getting things like Taittinger champagne and stuff like that, [laughs] and a DJ and all sorts of stuff.

But it's kind of turned this, like, this thing that we always do at the end of the night at restaurants, but now it's kind of turned into essentially kind of like a party now.

But like, yeah, you're still polishing, and there's still, like, you gotta keep your hands moving.

There were a couple of things.

We'll just move away from, um, Taittinger champagne for a moment, and next I'd love to hear your take on how the history of champagne has shaped our use of glassware, because this is something I find quite topical.

Often now when I'm drinking bubbles or champagne with people, you'll have the people who are going, "I absolutely want a flute," and the others who are saying, "I want it out of a big bulbous glass like I'm drinking a chardonnay." Now, it's to each their own, and I think it really comes down to what you are drinking.

But there has been an evolution of how we drink champagne and what glassware we use, hasn't there?

She's like, "I only drink champagne."

Yeah.

And Jack is a chef and-

Dobby doesn't drink anything except Taittinger.
