Today, we've got, I agree, a special guest, someone that I greatly admire and who, to me, epitomizes what we mean to be a high-trust, undaunted leader.

And that's Roland R.C. Thompson, founder and CEO of Tactical Air Support.

And before founding TAC Air, Arcee and I served in the Navy.

He spent more than three decades in military aviation, five years in the Army, and then saw the light, and then 26 years in the Navy.

His final operational tour was an air wing commander leading some of the first strike missions into Afghanistan following 9-11.

And we're going to ask him about that.

After leaving active duty, R.C. took all that experience and he founded Tactical Air Support.

which I've referred to as the civilian equivalent of Top Gun.
