One update since we recorded with Bill, Emissions Reduction Alberta, which recycles money from Alberta's industrial carbon price back into clean technology projects, has approved a $7 million grant to Svante for the front-end engineering study at Peace River.

That's the expensive step Bill just described as a hurdle before a final investment decision can be made.

And the carbon price is paying for it.
