He is VP of Marketing at Spherion Staffing and Recruiting and Patrick Connolly, founder of FranFocus.

I'm gonna let them give a little bit more background into what they do in FranDev and in marketing.

And Patrick, we'll start with you.

And so we're having to kind of replace that with if we if we can't get them to the intro call, how else can we develop that human connection? And it's going to be through video because because they're they're not going to come to your website to read something else, right? Right.

They're reading it in a different format, whether it's LLMs or Google Summary.

Doug, is Spherion leveraging video in any meaningful way?
