And so the first projects that I was supporting through the Honnold Foundation, um, it was, it was split half domestically, uh, in the US and half abroad.

And so the projects abroad, uh, were through this organization called SolarAid, which was doing solar lanterns in East Africa.

And solar-powered lanterns are just such an easy way to get people off of, of kerosene lights, uh, you know, which are terrible for indoor, uh, air pollution, like terrible for health, very expensive.

You know, it's kind of like, oh, solar lanterns are such an easy win, so simple, so cheap, and yet has such a tremendous human impact.
