Sierra

Texas is one of the 13 states that this candy was distributed to.

According to the FDA recall notice, the chocolatey eyeballs were sold at Marshalls, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, and the Sierra Trading Post.

The recall began after a TJX analyst, that's the parent company of TJ Maxx and Marshalls and HomeGoods, discovered that the candy contained whey, which should be on the packaging, but it wasn't disclosed on the packaging.

So it didn't disclose that milk was on there, which could be an allergen to people that are affected by milk.
