Um, but if, if we wanna talk, um, money, not being able to, uh, collect it through Check-in was a significant cost because I would have to either be present physically to get cash and to give a receipt, which technically has to have a legal stamp that costs two euro in Italy, which is crazy.

Um, or I would have to ask them to send money to, uh, a business PayPal account that we had set up or a money transfer platform called Satispay that's used in Italy, or I would have to have them, ask them to send a, uh, a transfer, um, a bank transfer to my IBAN.

Um, all of which are, uh, this-- They, they give a sense of, of not being particularly secure and make guests, uh, pretty uncomfortable, uh, some of the time.

Uh, not to mention it has to be all manual, and I have to discuss with guests all the options that are available and which one they should choose, and, you know, why I can't be there physically to just take the money from them.
