But interestingly, if you look at Lloyd's building in London, the address is 1 Lime Street, and it is one of the most important modern listed buildings in Britain.

It was designed by Richard Rogers Partnership and they began building it in 1981.

It opened for business in 1986 and it was designated a grade one listed building in December 2011 when it was 25 years old, which is really unusual, really unheard of.

And interestingly, Richard Rogers Partnership, I looked at a few other bits of their work.

They did the Pompidou Centre in Paris.

And then MAI is absorbed into an M2000.

And just 48 hours before the deadline, that team brings Richard Rogers Partnership, which is an architectural firm, on board immediately.

And they basically have to work through the night to produce presentation boards 48 hours before.
