Uh, we've got a question in from one of our subscribers, Pete in Nuneaton, who's a Villa fan.

He said, "James, is it true you celebrated winning the Champions League by drinking Ribena?"

[laughs]

It, it's not true, no.

But, um, it was basically, we- I think it was the semifinal, and, um, we, we, we played in Rome, and, you know, I think the, the guy said, "Are you gonna have a glass of red wine tonight?" And the, uh, first thing that came into my head, "No, I'll have a Ribena instead" basically.

[laughs]

And, and that was it.

The amount of bottles of Ribena I've been through has obviously-

I think Noel, Noel did a two hours on, um, Evening Session with Joe Wiley and Steve Lamacq at the same time.

Talked pretty much going through, 'cause they were going through like, oh, the glass of wine is Ribena and all this-

Yeah, yeah

... bullshit they were making up, which may or may not be true.

[laughs]

Nice glass of Ribena.

Room service.

Yeah.

I can't remember the actual specifics, but two or three people got in touch to say that they can't eat certain sandwiches anymore because their drink leaked into it.

Uh, I, I think Ribena w- was the culprit on a couple of occasions-

Yeah

... with the kind of blood vibe, which I can see why that would be pretty grim.

Yeah.

Ribena is not the way I would describe my wine

[laughs]

But anyway.

Yeah, Croat nut.

Yeah, so my cure, either a juice or do you remember Ribena?

Yeah, little

poppers.

Ribena works so well.

I don't know what's in it, but there's something in it that cures my hangover every time.

The sugar, yeah.
