CG- CD Projekt Red has confirmed that the movie will not directly recreate the storyline of Cyberpunk 2077 the game.

Paramount Pictures is partnering with the new company, with Transformers producer, and I actually had dinner with this guy once, with Transformers producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura attached to produce.

Uh, CD Projekt Red's earlier agreement with Anonymous Content, 'cause some of you might remember that they had a movie development deal before with Anonymous Content-

Mm-hmm

but that deal has expired, and that's why they're on doing this right now.

So the Anonymous Content first announced back in October of 2023 has expired.

The company is moving forward now with Paramount under a new agreement.

Uh, the game has sold more than 40 million copies, so it is a huge success, and as of right now, no director, no cast, no release date has been announced.
