Big changes are coming to the individual health insurance market in Oregon, and Central Oregon is being hit particularly hard.

PacificSource, Moda, and Providence are all pulling out of the region, leaving just two options for people shopping for their own health insurance: Bridgespan Health and Regence BlueCross BlueShield.

But those insurers are both owned by the same nonprofit, and their rates are going up roughly 20% next year.
