The, the article was entitled Why I'm Not a Muslim.

This came out in 1992, and, uh, soon afterwards, I asked, uh, the publisher, Prometheus Books, which, which was also founded by the same man who founded, uh, the secular humanist organization, he also founded Prometheus Books, and I asked him whether he wanted a book-length version of the article.

Yeah.

They said yes, and I-- the book finally came out in 1995, called Why I'm Not Muslim.
