The margins aren't saying it anyway.

Yeah, I mean, the only food company, we looked at another one recently, Premier Foods, and I think we like that one better because it makes much better margins.

So that one's nice.

Of the two, I would say Premier Foods would be the better option than Milton.

Yeah.

Um, and in 2022, uh, we had an approach, um, uh, by Premier Foods, uh, which I'm allowed to say.

Um, and we got quite far into the negotiation over the summer of 2022.

Um, uh, however, as we got to the end of the summer, um, uh, the inflationary environment was, was becoming quite a, quite a big issue for, for most brands in FMCG.

Perfect.

Um, I think we'd, we'd recognized that we, um, there were some areas that we needed to tighten up on, particularly around how we were self-reporting to ourselves, um, on, uh, on our P&L, on our forecasting and, and what have you.

Um, and I think one of the best things that we did, and I remember someone saying to me, "The best thing you can do is get an expert in the fields that you, you're feeling light on." Um, and we brought in a, a CFO, um, who had actually just been through an exit process, um, with Spice Taylor, uh, to Premier Foods.

And, uh, he was leaving Premier Foods and, and we invited him to come and join the gang, um, to join our plan A.
