I'm very excited to provide everyone an update on Polyactiva, what we've been able to achieve over the past 12 months, and we have four key milestones we're going to discuss.

First and foremost, everything starts and ends with Prezia, which is our sustained drug delivery platform, which is a fully biodegradable microocular implant.

Our four milestones, first and foremost, our lead program in phase 2B for ocular hypertension and open angle glaucoma is now fully enrolled in phase 2B, and we expect interim readout in December 2026, which will be the perfect time to select our phase three dose as we enter phase three in 2027.

This is exciting news and be on the lookout.
