Also, KRYZ is hosting a free radio seminar Thursday, October 8th, from 5:15 to 6:30 PM at the Mariposa County Library, covering how to create a show, add music, record commentary, do station IDs, and more, with a chance for attendees to record a show that will later air on the station.

And Pizza Factory will host a KRYZ 98.5 FM fundraiser Friday, October 9th from 4:00 to 9:00 PM with a portion of sales donated to the station.

In sports, Mariposa County High School football stayed hot with a 37 to 6 win over Modesto Christian last Friday.
