Yeah, I, you know, I remember, I think after this trial was published and, you know, Rouzie, you may remember this.

I think Jonathan Pacini gave a talk for a grand rounds at Hershey Med where he was talking, if I recall correctly, just sort of about the state of ablation in terms of like a first-line strategy for managing AFib patients.

And, and this trial was definitely discussed and, and I remember afterwards one of the attendings who is sort of along as probably early days of ablation therapy, uh, Dr. Mario Gonzalez, who, who was somebody that did a lot of ablation at Hershey Medical Center and was, uh, I, you know, I think he's fairly well respected, uh, in the field.

I- he's not one of these people whose names is on a lot of these trial papers, but I think in turn he's somebody who's known as doing a lot of ablation procedures and being sort of one of the earlier ablationists.

But I remember he made this comment that was like some ...

I can, I can share, like, what we've done in the healthcare side.

UPMC and Penn State Health have come in.

Their recruitment, uh, staff have come here.

They've done mock interviews.

People are gonna be looking for the soft skills.

How How well do you work in a team? How, how well do you communicate? And so they did a nice job actually yesterday.

We had a lunch and learn series with Penn State Health presenting, and, and they did a nice job of preparing the people who are about to leave, uh, this week to go into about three weeks of clinicals, actual clinical practice and physician practices, and then they'll come back and, and take their final exams to, to get certified.

So, so I wanna kind of model the same type of, of process with employers in the trades, kind of build a network of employers that we can say, "Hey, we have some people that are graduating.

I've talked with Drs.

Arnescu at Hershey Medical Center and others.

And so there's different things they look at, like handwriting, speech, walking, of course, and your pace.

There's so many things you can look.

But

then I also have, we have Hershey Medical Center, which is a huge hospital system.

I get a lot of like.

I'm just trying to like, I should be more familiar with PA. Yeah.

You know, there are doctors out there, psychologists out there as well.

I got a phone call from Penn State University Hospital

who

basically told me, we're seeing more and more moms bring their sons in because they're seeing neo-Nazi paraphernalia in their rooms.
