So to kind of get things started and set the stage for our conversation, I'd love if you could clarify what we mean by IT certifications.

So when we talk about certifications in this context, what type of credentials are we referring to?

Absolutely, that's a really great way to ground our conversation because here at Pearson, we are all about learning and certification is a really powerful proof point of learning.

And when you think about certification in licensure, It's across many different professions.

The guy in the White House is saying the U.S. might strike Iran's Pickaxe Mountain very soon, which is reported to host nuclear facilities.

English language certification company Pearson PLC and Pearson VUE has blocked Iranians from taking English proficiency tests required for international study after the suspension of a US sanctions exemption.

Side note, it's mainly Iranians who don't live in Iran who utilize this program.

Here's a twist for you.

And I'll just give you a couple.

So Marjorie Scardino, who started at The Economist and I worked for at Pearson, got up on stage famously, said one day, would people err on the side of generosity? And she didn't mean money.

She meant how you treat them and how you think about them.

And one of my favorite CEOs who gave me my first CEO jobs, David Gilbertson, he basically famously said, you have to be better at standing things up than breaking them down, right? Because the analyst in me breaks things down.
