Um, Dave Meltzer notes that Mike Johnson at PWInsider ran a story this past week looking at updates, uh, in, in the legal issues between Conan and TNA.

Um, the two cases are Conan filing an EEOC complaint against the company and TNA suing Conan in US District Court in the Northern District of Texas, uh, in Dallas, the home city of TNA's parent company, Panda Energy.

So Conan, through attorney, it doesn't matter, his attorney's name, his attorney in Atlanta, petitioned to have TNA case thrown, um, out of federal court and also petitioned to have TNA's contention that Conan's contract with the company barred him from suing the company for any personal and bodily harm.

Now, there were a few wrestlers who worked in TNA that were unhappy about that clause in the standard contract, although with little option.
