Jamie also worked at Target Australia during a period of significant change, spent time inside Canada's Hudson's Bay Company, and now leads the Cotswold Outdoor Group in the UK, which is part of a Belgian yonderland group of companies, which in turn is owned by PAI Partners, a major private equity player in France.

Now, that's a lot.

It's probably PepsiCo or something like that.

It's owned by a French private equity firm that's PAI Partners with PepsiCo retaining 39% non-controlling stake.

Okay.

So it's an interesting concept.
