Yeah, I think what we've seen is if we look back in 2024, the Chamber and Economic Development Council closed projects with 11 new and expanding companies, adding over 1180 jobs and $62 million in capital investment.

In the Pikes Peak region, Omni Federal is actually a great example.

They came in with plans for 500-plus new jobs and an average salary of $150K annually specifically to support Department of War and intelligence community work.

So when we look to hire out the employees that we need to grow our company, we realize that that's coming from the same pool of resources.

But it's that ability to just kind of nurture that workforce environment where people have options if necessary, because things do change.

Companies merge and You know, there's all kinds of things going on.

But I love that you brought up Omni Federal.

You know, Kettner and those guys are doing a great job over there.
