Most business owners I talk to have tried at least two or three different FSMs, field service management software, have been through the ringer.

They know the differences between why FieldPulse works for some and Jabra works for others and Housecall Pro.

And in many cases, they're just fed up with software that is powerful and can be a system of record for them, but doesn't always do enough for them or isn't custom or customized to their business.

And so that's the main thing I found is or one big realization for me is these are people that are not averse to using technology and software when it works for them.
