O.C. Tanner

One other point on it, Shireen.

We had Mindy Cox from the OC Tanner Company on.

She counsels with Fortune 500 companies all around the world.

She's a human resource specialist, a workplace culture specialist, and she reminded us of the importance of lifelong learning.

And they were very, very kind to invite me to be this month's societal impact scholar.

And so I did a newsmaker breakfast where I presented on some of my research on the economics of higher education and was on a panel with the Utah System of Higher Education Commissioner and an executive at OC Tanner talking about how we can shape college to match workforce needs.

Wow.

That's really interesting.

Today we are gonna be talking about culture.

So there was a report that just came out, the OC Tanner report, which I have to admit, I f- I kinda pride myself on being like a culture guru, and I actually have never heard of this report.

So tell me about the OC Tanner report.

It kind of, uh, makes me, when I say OC Tanner, I think of, um, oh man, something Hammer.

MC Hammer.

MC Hammer.

[laughs]

MC Hammer.
